Potato is an all time favourite dish of all the Indians. To make the dish more healthier and tasty capsicum has been added. I have used Red capsicum to give it a spicy look. It is a side dish and can be served with either roti or rice.
Aloo Capsicum Fry Ingredients
Cut Potato and Capsicum in length wise.
Heat oil in a frying pan, when hot add cumin seeds and fry.
Add potato and capsicum and give it a stir.
Add salt and cook it for 5 mins. Do not cover it with a lid.
Add red chilli powder, coriander pwd and mix it well.
Let it cook for more 5 to 6 mins till the potatoes are fully cooked.
