Pasta Salad is one of famous salad in Europe. It has all the ingredients that kids love to eat like mayonnaise, pasta and it is made using lot of vegetables. So it is a very easy method to make kids eat their healthy veggies.
Pasta Salad Ingredients
Take a big vessel and boil the pasta with enough water and little salt. Boil till they are just done
Drain out the water and wash them with the cold running water.
Now take a large bowl. Put chopped onion, boiled and chopped potatoes, boiled rajma(kidney beans), grated carrot and chopped red and green capsicum. Now add mayonnaise, vinegar, milk, salt, sugar and pepper and mix well
Now add the boiled pasta and mix well.
Wrap the bowl with the cling wrap sheet and put it in the refrigerator for atleast 8 hrs or overnight.
You can have it as a starter in the party menu or as a full course meal.
