Capsicum Tomato curry is an awesome and healthy receipe.This is simple vegetable curry recipe using South Indian masala which goes well with rice . Capsicum have low calories and I prefer as a diet food.
Capsicum Tomato Ingredients
Heat oil in a kadai.
Add mustard and cumin seeds. When it splutters add curry leaves, turmeric powder and fry for a minute.
Add Onion and fry till they are golden brown.
Add tomato and fry for 5 mins
Add Capsicum, salt and mix well.
Add red chili powder mix well and simmer the stove till the capsicum is cookeed.
