Steps

  1. Boil the Meal Maker for 1 minute to soften the Meal Maker and squeeze out the water. Keep it aside.
  2. Heat oil in a kadai.
  3. Add mustard seeds. When it splutters add curry leaves, turmeric powder and fry for a minute.
  4. Add grinded onion mix ,ginger garlic paste and fry a minute
  5. Add tomato and fry 5 mins
  6. Add Meal Maker ,salt and mix well.
  7. Add red chili powder, coriander powder mix well and simmer the stove and leave it until it is cooked.

Serving Instructions

You can serve this with rice or roti or pori.
