Raita is a very nice combination with any type of biryani recipes or fried rice. Usually Raita is prepared with curd, onions, green chilies etc. Bhindi Raita is a nice variation to the regular raita recipe by adding fried bhindi to the beaten curd. Chat masala gives very nice flavour to it.

Steps

  1. Take a bowl and add curd, green chilies, little salt and mix well.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and fry the bhindis until it turns crispy. Then add chili powder, chat masala, coriander powder and mix well.
  3. Fry them 5 more mins and switch off the flame and let it cool down for some time.
  4. add the the fried bhindi into the curd. When you are going to serve then only mix well and serve.

Serving Instructions

You can serve this with biryani or fried rice or roti.
