Bengali Dum Aloo Ingredients
Heat oil in a frying pan.
When hot add bay leaf and dry red chilli. Add cumin seeds and let it splutter
Add potatoes and give it a stir
Now add salt and sugar and cook it for 2-3 mins.
Add cumin pwd, pepper powder and half a cup of water.
Let it cook for more 5 to 6 mins till the potatoes are cooked and gravy is thickened.
