Navratan Korma Ingredients
Make a paste of onion and half of the cashew nut and keep aside.
In a wok heat the oil and add the lightly crushed spices and remaining cashew nuts.
Sauté till cashew nuts are light golden brown in colour.
Ass the onion paste and fry till its golden brown in colour.
Add the ginger garlic paste and fry again for a minute or two.
Add the turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder and salt. Fry till the spices are well cooked and the oil separates from the mixture.
Add the boiled vegetables and cook for a minute or two.
Add ½ cup water and let it come to a boil
Add the cottage cheese and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
