Steps

  1. Heat oil in a kadai.
  2. Add mustard seeds, When it splutters add curry leaves, turmeric powder and fry for a minute.
  3. Add Onion ,ginger garlic paste and fry a minute
  4. Add potato and fry 5 mins
  5. Add beans, salt and mix well.
  6. Add red chili powder mix well and simmer the stove and leave until it is cooked.

Serving Instructions

You can serve this with rice, roti or poori.
