Aloo gobhi masala is quite popular all over India. Children love it eating with plain paratha. It is very easy and quick to prepare. With left over aloo gobhi masala, you can make stuffed parathas. It really tastes awesome.
Aloo Gobhi Masala Ingredients
In big pan, heat the oil. Then add cumin seeds and grated ginger and saute it.
Now add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt, tomato puree and cook it for 3 miutes on high heat.
Then put cauliflower florets & potatoes into it.
Add coriander powder and amchur powder and mix well
Pour water & cover the pan and let it cook on slow heat.
After 10 minutes, saute it again, so that it does not get burned at the bottom. Let it cook for another 5 minutes.
Now turn off the gas and add garam masala and garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
