Aloo Gobi Curry

Delicious and spicy potato and cauliflower curry.

Gobi is low in fat, high in dietary fiber, folate, water and vitamin C possessing a very high nutritional density. Aloo Gobi is a dry Indian dish made with potatoes, cauliflower and Indian spices. Perfect dish  for rice, chapathi, pori .

Steps

  1. Heat oil in a kadai.
  2. Add mustard seeds. When it splutters add curry leaves, turmeric powder and fry for a minute.
  3. Add chopped Onion ,ginger garlic paste and fry a minute
  4. Add tomato and fry 5 mins
  5. Add potato pieces, Gobi florets, salt and mix well.
  6. Add red chili powder
  7. Mix well and simmer the stove and leave until the curry is cooked.

Serving Instructions

You can serve this with rice or roti or pori.
