Steps

  1. Heat oil in a kadai.
  2. Add mustard seeds. When it splutters add curry leaves, turmeric powder and fry for a minute.
  3. Add Onion mix, ginger garlic paste and fry a minute
  4. Add Beerakaya, salt and mix well.
  5. Add red chili powder and coriander powder mix well and let it cook for 10 minutes

Serving Instructions

You can serve this with rice or roti.
