Eggs have high protein, it is very healthy for all ages.Egg masala is prepared using Eggs and Tomato. An absolute delight and a quick dish to prepare. You can boil eggs while you are preparing the masala.
Egg Masala Ingredients
Heat oil in a kadai.
Add mustard seeds and Cumin seeds. When it splutters add curry leaves, turmeric powder , cloves and cardamom and fry for a minute.
Add Onion paste, ginger garlic paste and fry a minute
Add tomato and fry till it is soft and cooked.
Add eggs, salt and mix well.
Add red chili powder, garam masala and mix well and simmer the stove and let it cook for 5 mins.
