Fried Corn is the snack which is loved all over the world .I have used fresh corn kernels to prepare this recipe. It is very easy to make and delicious too. You can prepare it by using different variation like preparing with butter or adding lime juice according to your taste.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh corn kernels
  • 1 medium sized chopped onion
  • 2 chopped green chilli
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tsp oil
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder

Steps

  1. Heat oil in a kadai.
  2. Add cumin seeds. When it splutters and fry for a minute.
  3. Add chopped Onion and fry a minute.
  4. Add the turmeric powder and Corn Kernels.
  5. Add salt.
  6. Mix well and cook for 3-4 minutes till the corn is cooked.

Serving Instructions

You can serve this as evening snacks.
