Fruit Salad is a very simple and tasty dessert. Fruit Salad is perfect for all kids who are fussy, either with drinking milk or eating fruits or both. They will for sure enjoy it. This creamy custard texture when paired with crunchy fruit pieces makes a healthy yet tasty dessert.

  • 500ml milk
  • 2 tsp custard powder (vanilla flavour or your choice)
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 apple (chopped)
  • 1 banana (chopped)
  • few grapes (chopped)

Steps

  1. Take 4 tbsp milk in a bowl and mix 2 tsp custard powder in it and set it aside.
  2. Heat rest of the milk at medium flame, add 1 cup sugar in it and stir well.
  3. When the milk start boiling, add the custard powder mixture and keep on stirring until the milk thickens
  4. When the milk thickens, switch off the flame and let it cool down.
  5. Now add chopped apple , banana and grapes with the custard.
  6. Keep it in refrigerator for about 2-3 hours and serve it cold.

Serving Instructions

Serve Fruit Salad as a dessert after lunch or dinner.
