Fry Aloo Capsicum

Fry potato capsicum combo for all ages.

Potato is an all time favourite dish of all the Indians. To make the dish more healthier and tasty capsicum has been added. I have used Red capsicum to give it a spicy look. It is a side dish and can be served with either roti or rice.

Steps

  1. Cut Potato and Capsicum in length wise.
  2. Heat oil in a frying pan, when hot add cumin seeds and fry.
  3. Add potato and capsicum and give it a stir.
  4. Add salt and cook it for 5 mins. Do not cover it with a lid.
  5. Add red chilli powder, coriander pwd and mix it well.
  6. Let it cook for more 5 to 6 mins till the potatoes are fully cooked.

Serving Instructions

Serve it hot with roti or rice
