Onion Egg is quick and easy to prepare. Onion has a high content of carbohydrates, some protein and traces of vitamins and iron and has sodium, potassium and calcium. Eggs are rich source of protein and so this dish is also nutritious.
Onion Egg Ingredients
Heat oil in a kadhai.
Add mustard seeds. When it splutters add turmeric powder ,cumin seeds and fry for a minute.
Add Onions, ginger garlic paste and fry them till they turn golden brown
Now add the blended Egg and continuously stir it.
Stir and cook it for five minutes.
Add red chili powder, salt mix well. Your Onion Egg is ready to eat.
