Steps

  1. In a blender add the mint leaves, sugar, ginger paste and lemon juice with a little water and form a smooth paste.
  2. Pour it into a big jug and add 3-4 cups of water
  3. Add the roasted cumin powder and rock salt.
  4. Mix well till everything dissolves.
  5. Taste and salt salt and sugar.
  6. Refrigerate till serving time
  7. Before serving pop ice cubed and crushed mint leaves. Make sure to mix it well before serving as the sspices may sediment and the bottom.

Serving Instructions

Serve it chilled with snacks
