Green apple pickle is very easy to prepare. Green apple are generally available almost in all seasons. Green apple has lots of fiber which helps in digestion. It is an instant recipe, so it can be prepared whenever you want to relish it. It has tanginess because of the ginger in it.

Steps

  1. Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, methi dana powder, coriander powder, green chilies, ginger. Saute it for 1 minute.
  2. Then add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, sugar, hing and salt.
  3. Now add green apples and lemon juice. Mix everything nicely on high heat for about 2 minutes.
  4. Add rest of the oil and switch off the gas.
  5. Remove the pickle to the serving dish and when it cools down you can store in an airtight container and keep it in refrigerator to store it for longer time.

Serving Instructions

Tangy Green Apple pickle actually goes well with anything. However, you will relish it with any stuffed parantha.
